Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, fulfillment times may vary depending on product type, demand, and production volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Europe
  • Australia
  • Select international destinations

If your country is unavailable at checkout, we may not currently ship there.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing is completed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Product type
  • Carrier rates

Promotional free shipping offers may be available periodically.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your package ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country.

Choiciest is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • reshipping fees may apply
  • refunds may exclude original shipping costs

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error after placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery issues are generally outside of our control.

However, if your package appears lost or severely delayed, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Choiciest is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • carrier delays
  • weather-related shipping disruptions

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on fulfillment locations and product availability.
